Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information — two ways, use either or both:
On this device: reject advertising cookies/pixels instantly using the button below.
This stops the Meta pixel from loading for you on this site and is honored on every visit.
For your submitted information: email us (button below) so we stop selling/sharing
the information you submitted through our forms.
Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the
CPRA, and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you
may have the right to:
Know / access the personal information we have collected about you;
Delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions — e.g., TCPA consent
records we are required to retain);
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
Non-discrimination — we will never penalize you for exercising these rights.
2. How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with a
subject line describing your request ("Access Request," "Deletion Request," "Correction Request,"
or "Do Not Sell or Share"). To help us locate your records, include:
The name, phone number, and email address you submitted on our site;
The approximate date you submitted your information (if known).
What happens next: we confirm receipt within 10 business days and
respond to verified requests within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days where the law
allows, with notice). We verify identity by matching the details you provide against our records;
we may ask a follow-up question if needed. We never require you to create an account.
3. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must
provide proof of your written authorization, and we may still contact you directly to verify.
4. Important notes
Opting out of sale/sharing stops future transfers by us; it does not retract
information already provided to a partner before your request. We will tell you who received
your information as part of a verified access request so you can contact them directly.
If you submit a form asking to be connected with an attorney after opting out, that
submission is a disclosure made at your direction and will be processed as you request.
Some records (e.g., consent logs and opt-out/suppression lists) are retained as required or
permitted by law — including so we can keep honoring your opt-out.
